1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Time Frame: Customers must request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
Product Condition: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personal care products, sealed products that have been opened, or custom-made items, cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
Return Request: Customers must send a return request to info@manavayurvediccentre.in, including order number, product details, and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
3. Refund Process
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Store Credit: In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
Defective Items: Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs if the product is defective.
Incorrect Items: If the wrong product is sent, we will send the correct item and cover the return shipping cost.
