Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin processing immediately.

We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹40 COD fee may apply (if enabled)
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship to most pin codes across India.
If your pin code is unserviceable, our support team will contact you after order placement.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with:
Tracking link
Courier name
Expected delivery date
You can also track your order anytime from your My Account > Orders section.
Delivery Delays
In rare cases, delivery might be delayed due to:
Natural calamities or lockdowns
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
Courier partner issues
National holidays or high-demand periods
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Undelivered Orders / Re-attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, the courier may attempt 2–3 times.
If all attempts fail, the product is returned to us.
In such cases:Prepaid orders: Reshipping charges will apply
COD orders: May be cancelled without refund
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We serve only within India.
